incredible program to say the very least. have been looking for a "DVDShrink" style program for MKV and other 1080p files and this is IT. makes previously "just a tad too large" full HD files fit on DVD9 unlike anything I have ever seen - keep up the good work and THANK YOU for your contribution!

AVCHDCoder is one of my favorite programs. It's so easy to use and it does exactly what I need.

The calculator (that's used to determine bitrate) is way beyond my abilities. It's great to see someone has it figured out, and is able to make something so complex simple for us.

I've used the program several times now, and for the first time in many many years I was compelled through the developers obvious level of support and the functionality of the program itself, to make a donation.

It's inspiring to see a developer and his program reach thislevel of professionalism, given the bloated garbage that comes from some of the so-called big company's in this field.

How can we not support such efforts.

This program is very easy to use, i liked it very much! But it would be the best if there was a Nvidia Cuda support for converting video a lot faster. I use NeroVision the newest and it has Nvidia Cuda Support, to encode a 1080p from a 3 hours movie it takes only 2 hours to encode wit a Q9550 cpu. And it has a way lot better quality with the lowest bitrate with the Cuda than the Ffdshow in AvchdCoder.

So please maker of this program could you put a Nvidia Cuda support for us those who have powerfull Nvidia videocard?? Thank you very much!!

Nice program, works fantastic. Just one problem. Is it possible to disable ImgBurn after the task is completed? 'Cause it wants to burn the final product and with it prevents the computer from shutting down.

great program, I have been a ripbot264 user for a long time and while looking for the new version awhile back I found this program, I was leery at first since you can't change the predefined encoding settings, but your highest quality setting is pretty close to the custom profile I used in Ripbot264 and MeGUI and I love the customizable menu's, ability to add multiple files, but it's something to think about giving access to at least some options, you could hide them unless the users enable the highest quality option, because the only people who use that are the people who are crazy about quality like me and the type of person to enable the slowest method is also the most likely to want to change options, at least deblocking strength maybe.

Great program though, the shear ease of use has definately won me over.

Have been using the Beta for ages and just realised there is a much more updated release! Getting it! Great program deserves attention! I would be quite interested in a MKV splitter that is buit in as one of the steps. Could help with cutting movies down to fit across DVDs. That would make this program the all in one amazing tool!!!!!

A must-have for BD9 backup!

Works flawlessly in 32 bit.

A guide is needed for 64 bit encoding.
